Refund Policy

By subscribing to Crypterios Academy, you acknowledge and understand that refunds are not permitted, and all sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to the group will be provided for the remainder of your subscription period. Subscription renewal is automatic and will be processed each month for monthly subscribers, or annually for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions will be charged automatically each billing cycle, while annual subscriptions will be charged in full upon sign-up and will automatically renew each billing cycle.

Chargeback Policy

We take credit card fraud seriously and will prosecute all fraud through criminal proceedings to the fullest extent of the law. We employ advanced risk modeling to detect fraudulent transactions and immediately cancel fraudulent transactions when detected. Any active orders associated with the same fraudulent credit card will also be canceled immediately. We reserve the right to close accounts and pursue legal action against individuals engaging in fraudulent activity.

Becoming an Independent Affiliate

Applicants become Independent Affiliates of Crypterios Academy upon acceptance of their completed Application and Agreement by the Company. Independent Affiliates are responsible for promoting and selling the products and services of Crypterios Academy while maintaining high standards of honesty, integrity, and business ethics.

Membership Fees, Charges, and Purchases

An initial fee, charge, and/or purchase may be required to become an Independent Affiliate. By becoming an Independent Affiliate, you authorize automatic, recurring billing of the membership fee until canceled. Membership fees are non-refundable and not prorated.

Not Providing Advice

Crypterios Academy delivers trade strategy signals, alerts, research, and analysis to subscribing members. We do not provide personalized financial advice or consultation. Members are free to act or not act on the information provided, and all information is provided uniformly to the member base without modification.

Legal Age

Independent Affiliates must be of legal age in their state/province/country of residence.

Taxation

Independent Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of each calendar year.

Legal Compliance

Independent Affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and ordinances concerning the operation of their business.

Sponsorship

Independent Affiliates may sponsor other Independent Affiliates into Crypterios Academy’s business. Sponsors must ensure that potential new Independent Affiliates review and have access to the current Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, and Compensation Plan.

Suspension and Termination

Independent Affiliates may be suspended or terminated for violating the terms of their Agreement, including the Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, and Compensation Plan. Appeals may be filed within specified timeframes.

Agreement Changes

Crypterios Academy reserves the right to amend the Agreement and its prices at its sole discretion. Members agree to abide by all amendments or modifications.
